SPEAKING

AI, seen from the boardroom.

I speak to executive teams, boards and management teams about what the AI transition means strategically for their organization. No tool demonstrations, no product story. A clear picture of the next three to five years, and of the choices that come with them.

WHAT IT IS ABOUT

Four themes, one strategic lens.

  1. The AI transition as a whole

What does AI mean for your organization when you look past the tools of today? A coherent picture of the developments of the next three to five years, seen from strategy rather than from technology.

  2. Products, services and processes

How products, services and internal processes develop once intelligence becomes scalable, and how an organization makes that transition in steps.

  3. The new role of your people

Work shifts from doing to judging. What that asks of skilled professionals and managers, and how you carry your people through that transition.

  4. From insight to plan

How an executive team sets out its own plan in broad strokes: where to begin, what to leave alone, and how to keep steering when the technology shifts.

Every talk is tuned to the audience and the occasion together with the organizer.

WHO IT IS FOR

For executive teams, boards and management teams only.

My work is strategic, and so are my talks. They are meant for people who decide the course of an organization. For hands-on training or a demonstration of tools, I am not the right speaker.

GainWorks sells no software and receives no vendor commissions. A talk is therefore never a product pitch in disguise.

Where I have spoken

  • Conferences and trade shows National and international.
  • Business clubs Gatherings of business owners and executives.
  • Individual companies Private sessions for the executive team and management. I do not name these clients.
